Phase 1
Styling and design; an experienced product designer creates the product in consultation with the customer, based on functions, characteristics, application, and environment, in order to enhance the identity and attraction value.
Phase 2
The mechanical design is based on the external and internal requirements for the product.
Phase 3
Machining a standard enclosure or moulding/manufacturing a completely new enclosure. Altex chooses the sub-supplier.
Phase 4
Surface treatment, e.g. powder coating.
Phase 5
Printing; the method of printing is chosen here depending on the product's shape, size of the series, and the type of printing.
Phase 6
Mounting the components in the enclosure. The components are mounted, e.g. connectors, switches, displays, etc.
