CompBox value chain
CompBox® value chain provides a security and a guarantee for you as our customer. The value chain is run in project form with project management from Altex. As the customer, you can select the parts you wish to include, which means that the customer himself decides where he enters and exits the project. Altex has a number of sub-suppliers in each part of the project and they are chosen depending on the material, the size of the series, and the time available. The price given includes materials, labour, project time, etc. Alternatively, these can be specified separately depending on your wishes.

Phase 1
 Styling and design; an experienced product designer creates the product in consultation with the customer, based on functions, characteristics, application, and environment, in order to enhance the identity and attraction value.
Phase 2
 The mechanical design is based on the external and internal requirements for the product.
Phase 3
 Machining a standard enclosure or moulding/manufacturing a completely new enclosure. Altex chooses the sub-supplier.
Phase 4
 Surface treatment, e.g. powder coating.
Phase 5
 Printing; the method of printing is chosen here depending on the product's shape, size of the series, and the type of printing.
Phase 6
 Mounting the components in the enclosure. The components are mounted, e.g. connectors, switches, displays, etc.
